This specialized group is designed for neurodivergent couples who want to deepen their connection, improve communication, and navigate the unique ways neurodivergence can show up in relationships. Whether you’re both neurodivergent or in a neurodiverse relationship, this group offers a supportive space to explore how your individual brains and nervous systems impact your bond.

Over the course of the group, we’ll focus on topics like communication styles, emotional processing, identifying and responding to overwhelm, managing differences in sensory and relational needs, navigating attachment styles, and understanding the balance between togetherness and space. We’ll also discuss how to repair after conflict, co-regulate more effectively, and build rituals that foster connection and safety.

Sessions include guided group discussions, experiential exercises, and structured support from a trained facilitator with experience in neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed care. Each meeting is designed to be both practical and emotionally grounding, helping you build skills while feeling seen and understood in community.
