She/her
Catherine Smith, LMFT, Psy.D. is a dually-licensed Clinical Psychologist and Marriage and Family Therapist. As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent herself, Dr. Catherine brings both professional expertise and deep lived experience to her work as a trauma-informed ND affirming therapist, clinical supervisor and diagnostician. Her approach is warm, attentive, and collaborative, with a strong commitment to fostering understanding, healing, and empowerment—both in individual therapy and in the training and support of emerging clinicians.
Natalia Rivera, MA, AMFT
Natalia Rivera is an associate marriage and family therapist and clinical psychology intern. She is a trauma-informed, EMDR-trained, neurodivergent therapist specializing in the treatment of high-masking autistic people. Her dissertation is a phenomenological study on the identity development of high-masking autistic women. She is a former educator in English and is an avid reader and lover of literature. She is deeply spiritual and believes faith plays an integral role in healing the psyche and body. Natalia enjoys the outdoors, and spending quality time with the people and animals she loves.

Rachel Kinnard is an associate marriage and family therapist. She uses a blend of modified evidence-based and holistic practices including integrative Gestalt, somatic work, and mindfulness training to support clients in reaching their goals along their healing journeys. Rachel enjoys practicing and teaching yoga, taking trips along the coast, and tending to her plethora of indoor plants.
Grace Stephenson

Grace is a queer, neurodivergent therapist who blends somatic therapy with holistic, trauma-informed care. Their approach invites mind-body connection and creative expression as pathways toward healing and self-understanding. Outside of the therapy room, Grace enjoys making art, moving her body, and spending time with community over a shared meal.
