Australia Ratliff
She/her
Australia specializes in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and personality-related patterns. Her clinical approach integrates modified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), intentionally adapted to support neurodivergent clients and honor diverse ways of thinking, feeling, and experiencing the world.
Rather than focusing on changing or correcting thoughts and emotions, Australia’s work emphasizes self-understanding, nervous system awareness, and skill-building that feels supportive and sustainable. She strives to create a therapeutic space where clients feel genuinely heard and respected, fostering confidence, emotional regulation, and meaningful progress aligned with each person’s values and lived experience.
Outside of her clinical work, Australia enjoys traveling, staying engaged in enriching activities, and spending quality time with friends and family, often gathered over shared meals and conversation. She values connection, presence, and experiences that bring people together, both in and outside the therapy room.
